Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery service within 3 to 4 business days.
We deliver to the local Dallas Texas North and South Eruv areas once a week at no charge to our customers, with a minimum order of $15.00. Orders placed by 5:00 pm before Tuesdays, will be delivered on Wednesdays weekly. -

Return Policy & Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
- It's simple, if you are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly exchange it for another one of our products. If you are a new customer who has never tried our products before, and you have purchased multiples of the same item, we recommend trying to make only one of the products.
The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee does not extend to multiple identical products purchased on the same order, if they have been opened or used. Upon return of the remaining unopened and unused products, we will refund or exchange, your choice, the products for you. Shipping charges are non refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to products that have a non-expired date code on them. -
Placing & Viewing Orders
- Orders are processed within one business day, and shipped via USPS. You can check on any of your orders by logging into your account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.
