In order to ensure that our customers’ results are as consistent and successful as in our labs, we have formulated all of our bread mixes using the amount of water in the Ozarka bottle.

Our analysis showed that too much of a variance existed after performing tests on different kitchen measurement gadgets that could impact the results when making one of our bread mixes.

Accoridingly, we include a bottle of Ozarka water at no charge with every order.
